Meet Andy

Andy is passionate about guiding people through the challenges that life brings up.

Andy specialises in managing transition and adjustment issues throughout the life cycles and stages. Her focus uses a range of integrated strategies incorporating evidenced based theories, and including collaborative interventions and treatments to assist clients find meaningful solutions to their particular issues. 

They can emerge happier, healthier and more able to cope moving forward. Specific techniques include solution-focused therapy; acceptance and person centred therapy as well as the more traditional cognitive behaviour therapy.

Andy understands that every client is individual and tailors her approach to suit their needs. She appreciates the importance of a therapeutic and trusting relationship and believes in supporting the client in, evaluating their values, and setting achievable goals.

Andy’s life experience, including thirty years of running her own business in corporate and events management, as well as the challenges and celebrations of parenting three now adult children. This has put her in good stead to understand and respect life’s many transitions.

Andy specialises in person centred and solution focused therapy, adopting the belief and commitment that the client is in the best position to make decisions and change

Andy’s warm, professional and confident manner helps guide her clients to a more positive outcome incorporating a combination of her education and training.


She has worked with people who have been disengaged through life fractures and help repair and restore confidence to get back on their pathways towards personal success.
